Artist Statement
This sculpture explores pressure and direction. A simple geometric volume—an elongated wedge—is skinned with a fluid reflective field, so mass appears to flow while the form remains resolute. As viewers move, the surface fractures the environment into shifting shards, turning a static object into a time-based experience.
1/1 Modern Exhibition
Display free-standing with a clear perimeter (≥1 m) to allow full-height viewing and safe circulation. Use high-CRI 3000–4000 K lighting from two angles: a soft key to model the plane and a lower fill to animate reflections without hotspots. Keep backgrounds calm (matte, mid-tone) so the surface can “paint” itself with the room. Clean only with microfiber and pH-neutral solution; never use abrasives.
1/2 Renaissance Works
A blade of light, frozen mid-stroke.
